Please know, that the world exists, for you, only because you identify with the movement, with the physical, with the world. All means the same, because, movement is physical, of the physical and the world is physical. Please understand, that the movement is within you and not on the outside. The noise or the movement exists, in you, in your identification with and in your reaction to the physical. Since, we only know movement, we only know physical and identify with the physical and hence, the world exists for us. That’s the reason, that the moment, we see something or something physical happens, in front of our eyes, we quickly and instantly get caught by that movement, because, we only know the movement, we only know the physical. But, if you strive and become aware of the other higher possibility, the other dimension of stillness and connect with that dimension, then the world, the physical, the movement will cease to exist for you.
