THE WORLD (PHYSICAL) EXISTS, FOR YOU, BECAUSE, YOU IDENTIFY WITH THE MOVEMENT.
Please
know, that the world exists, for you, only because you identify with the
movement, with the physical, with the world. All means the same, because,
movement is physical, of the physical and the world is physical. Please
understand, that the movement is within you and not on the outside. The noise
or the movement exists, in you, in your identification with and in your
reaction to the physical.
Since, we only know movement, we only know physical and identify with the physical and hence, the world exists for us. That’s the reason, that the moment, we see something or something physical happens, in front of our eyes, we quickly and instantly get caught by that movement, because, we only know the movement, we only know the physical.
But, if you strive and become aware of the other higher possibility, the other dimension of stillness and connect with that dimension, then the world, the physical, the movement will cease to exist for you. That’s what, being spiritual is, which essentially, means, that you are now aware of the stillness within and you are now, all the time, connected to the ‘Center’, the dimension within, which is nonphysical, and is beyond all the physical, all the movement.
The ‘Center’ of the existence is total stillness and hence, is completely undisturbed and untouched by all the movement, on the periphery. The movement, is on the surface, on the periphery i.e. at the level of the body and mind only but the ‘Center’ is beyond, all that happens, on the surface.
So, if, you stop identifying with the movement, on the outside and instead, you identify n connect, with the other higher dimension i.e. the stillness within, then the physical, the movement, will cease to exist, for you. Because, these, are the only, two dimensions, two possibilities, within which the life happens – movement and stillness or the physical and nonphysical.
Didn’t you know that, in your sleep, too, the world happens, as it is happening now, in this moment, when your eyes are open, and still, you, in your sleep, remain completely undisturbed and untouched by that movement? Why so? Because, your mind which identifies with the physical is absent, in your sleep. However, sleep is unconsciousness and hence, you can’t experience that stillness, though, it’s very much there.
So, if you drop your mind, your identification, your ahankara, in your waking, then, in your waking, too, you will exist, as if you exist in your sleep, which means, that you will not be touched by, what happens around you. When the movement can’t disturb you, then the world, in a way, does not exist for you. Please know, that something really exists for you, only, if you are disturbed by that ‘something’.
Now, this doesn’t mean, that the world will suddenly disappear for you. Not at all. The world will continue to exist, as it existed, so far, but now, the world, the physical, the movement, will no longer, disturb you. You will, now, exist, in the world, in total peace, in total stillness, i.e. you will exist, amidst the movement and you will also do all what is needed and still you will go untouched by all the movement, all the happenings, on the surface, on the periphery, because, you are now connected to your ‘Center’ or the stillness, the other higher dimension, within, which is beyond all the movement.
The physical or the movement, therefore, exists for you, so long, you are disturbed by the movement i.e. you react to the physical. Your reaction to the physical, your identification with the physical, actually, makes the unreal, the real for you. So, stop being disturbed within i.e. stop identifying or reacting within and the movement or the physical will cease to exist, for you. You, will, then exist and yet you will still not exist, at the same time, which essentially, means, that you will go beyond the limitations of the physical and thus, exist totally and fully.
Please know, that you really exist, when ‘you’ don’t exist. This existence is total stillness, total silence and hence, is beyond all movements. Practicing meditation, will connect you, to your ‘Center’ i.e. the stillness within.
