The physical form or what we know as body and destiny are closely linked. Destiny is nothing but ‘prarbdha karma’ allotted for this life which one has to work out in this life. There is a body because there is a destiny and because there is a destiny there is an appropriate body to work this out.   Whatever we may think or assume about ourselves but a human being is fundamentally nothing but a small amount of ‘karma’. These ‘karma’ are the residue or memory of our past actions which are recorded, among others, on the “prana”. This destiny is our own making which we create out of unconsciousness. Unconsciousness is ignorance i.e. identifying yourself with the body and living life with the feeling that “I-am-the-body’.   The “prana’ provides a basis for release of our destiny through gross manifestation in the form of the breath. IF YOU BECOME silent for a moment you will become aware of all that is happening around and within you. This is because the very nature of life is awareness. Life and awareness are synonymous. Awareness is our reality. Awareness is our real nature. We are nothing but awareness.   Also this awareness is totally choiceless, in the sense that awareness does not choose. It takes everything into account which comes into its sphere of knowing. For example, when you are silent you become aware of all that happen around and within you – birds chirping; dog barking; child crying; car honking; thoughts and emotions arising within etc. You become aware of all. Awareness does not reject anything. Awareness is total acceptance. Our truth or reality is choiceless or pure awareness. Awareness does not divide or reject anything. Choice is of the mind. Mind chooses; mind divides; mind splits. Because mind loves to divide; mind loves to split. Mind exists in division. All problems; all struggle;...

In this human form if we continue living with those qualities which the nature has given us for survival; such as sex; anger; etc then this human form is wasted upon us. Because continue living with these qualities or just living for survival is living like an animal. These qualities we carry with us from our previous lives which we lived in various forms until the evolution of this ‘being’ as a human being. All these qualities which are given by the nature are nothing but unconsciousness or compulsive which are there with any other life so as to ensure survival. But given the fact that we have come in this form with a bigger possibility – the possibility of liberation or the possibility of being fully conscious – our only aim should be to realize this possibility. If we do not realize this potential then we continue to be a part of this wheel.
