FROM HUMAN TO DIVINE…..second and final part in continuation of previous post

In this human form if we continue living with those qualities which the nature has given us for survival; such as sex; anger; etc then this human form is wasted upon us. Because continue living with these qualities or just living for survival is living like an animal. These qualities we carry with us from our previous lives which we lived in various forms until the evolution of this ‘being’ as a human being. All these qualities which are given by the nature are nothing but unconsciousness or compulsive which are there with any other life so as to ensure survival. But given the fact that we have come in this form with a bigger possibility – the possibility of liberation or the possibility of being fully conscious – our only aim should be to realize this possibility. If we do not realize this potential then we continue to be a part of this wheel. Wheel means this samsara which is, moving in circles - circles of birth and death.

We are conscious but not fully conscious. To become fully conscious which is what attainment or enlightenment is, what a human being needs to do is to strive. Without striving this will not happen. If we just get stuck with what the nature has given us for survival then it will be just coming and going. This to and fro journey i.e. coming to this world again and again, will not end until we become fully conscious. Because that’s what the nature wants i.e. move from unconsciousness to consciousness. Hence what is needed to be done is to transform our unconsciousness (anger; sex; fear etc) into consciousness. The important thing to understand is that it’s the same energy which if we work upon that then can be transformed into consciousness. This working upon this process of transformation is what is the striving is. This striving or working upon our energy is what is being spiritual is. Because being spiritual is to work on your spirit or your energy which is non-physical.

Becoming aware or becoming conscious of whatever we do is the key to transformation of energy. This is also what is witnessing is. Awareness is the alchemy which can transform unconsciousness into consciousness. Awareness or witnessing will transform sex into samadhi; anger into forgiveness; fear into fearlessness etc. Meditation is the only way to become aware; to become conscious; to become witness and thus transform unconsciousness into consciousness.
