DID YOU SURVIVE COVID-19?

Because you survived Covid-19 and if you, now, think that you are lucky compared to, many those who lost their lives, then you are wrong. Because death is nothing but just the body falling and body, in any case, will fall, sooner or later. It is just a matter of time. I, rather, feel that the one who lost his body is, lucky in the sense that had he lived for another say, 10-20 years, he would have lived his unconsciousness as before and in the process he, thus, would have created many more future births for him. Living unconsciously which is living by habits or tendencies or by vasanas or by compulsions is the reason for new births in new bodies. 

Now, please understand, what I’m trying to say. I’m saying that life is worth living, only and only, if you live it consciously which is that you become an expression of your consciousness and not an expression of your habits or the mind. If you live here by tendencies i.e. you become an expression of your mind then even if you live here, for another 1000 years, is of no use. Because unconsciousness breeds more unconsciousness and thus you can cause more harm to you by creating many, more future births, for you. 

Unconscious living is, opportunity wasted and conscious living is, opportunity utilized. Unconsciousness brings no further evolution or growth for you because unconscious living or living by tendencies is moving in circles like kolhu ka bail – the ox running the crusher. Did you see, that kolhu ka bail which though moves the whole day but at the end of the day, reaches nowhere? That bail or ox is always at the same place. Why so? Because his movement is circular, because all the day that bail though, is moving a lot but is moving in circles. Circular movement takes you nowhere but brings you back to the same place because circular movement means, repetitive existence which is, doing the same things again and again, which is what living by habits or living by compulsion is. Living compulsively or by tendencies or vasanas is living here as a body and for the body only because tendencies or vasanas are physical. They pertain to the physical. 

Conscious living i.e. not moving in circles but moving in a linear fashion can only bring release for you. Conscious living means, not doing things by habits or by compulsions but doing only that which is needed. Doing only that which is needed is living as a conscious being or becoming an expression of consciousness. When you live consciously i.e. not compulsively then you rise up, you evolve further which is that you go beyond physical or bodily existence. 

I give you one method, which, if you follow then you will, surely, grow or evolve further up which is that you will prepare yourself in the direction of going beyond the physical existence. What you need to do is to assume as if you also died or you also dropped your body in the last Covid and thus, exist here, simply, as if you are not in this body. Now, if you exist here as if you are not in the body, then you exist here as pure awareness and not as a body. If you are not in body then ‘others’ or the world simply does not exist for you because ‘others’ are because of the body or because of the body-consciousness. 

Living here as pure awareness or without body-consciousness is to go beyond the body, while being in the body. Existing here as pure consciousness and not as body-consciousness means existing here in total silence; in total stillness which is to exist here without reaction. Reaction is of the mind and mind too is a body, though, subtler compared to the gross body. Movement or noise is of the body. In consciousness or in energy there is no movement, no noise. Consciousness is pure silence, pure stillness.  

This is how you, can exist, here, at the level of energy or consciousness which is your reality and you can attain to that which is beyond this body. You are thus liberated from this bodily existence which is what mukti or moksha is. Meditation is a method which helps you become an expression of consciousness and not of your mind.
