THE WORLD IS NOT BUT EXISTS IN YOUR INTERPRETATION ONLY

The world is not on the outside. The world is not what you see on the outside. The world exists in your interpretation only. So, you saw something on the outside and you uttered the words such as a man, woman, boy, girl, mountain, tree, building, Ram, Shyam, so on and so forth. This naming; defining or interpreting what you see is, actually the world and not what you saw because in reality there is no such thing as tree, mountain, man, woman, etc. The reality is just one. It is just oneness. Interpretation is of your mind and hence ours. Interpretation means, language and language is of the mind. Thus, the world exists in your mind, in your memory because mind is nothing but just language or memory - conscious memory or information which you keep gathering during the course of your living. Interpretation belongs to duality because interpretation is possible only when there are many, when there is other or more than one. You cannot interpret oneness because in oneness there is no other. 

Thought i.e. the conscious memory keeps us busy and preoccupied, throughout our lives. In fact, a thought is nothing but just memory only. Thought means others, thought means the world because thoughts are about others, about the world, about the physicality i.e. forms and objects. Therefore, another common name of this memory is mind. Mind and memory are synonymous with each other because mind exists in and because of this memory or thoughts only. When memory is, mind is and when memory is not, mind is not. Thus, what we know as world is nothing but just a play of your conscious memory only. 

Thus, what we need to understand is that world means our creation, our interpretation and interpretation or creation is of the mind and in the mind only. That’s the reason, that there is no one or single world for all of us but there are as many worlds as the number of individuals on this planet because every individual has his own interpretation, his own definition etc. Each one of us, thus, has and lives in his own world. Creation or world is only, when you live in your mind, which is that you exist here separate from this existence because mind separates; mind divides; mind splits. Else, it is just oneness. 

Consciousness which is the reality of this existence is just oneness. The world exists in your memory is also proved by the fact that in your sleep the world does not exist. Why? Because in sleep, your memory or mind disappears temporarily and hence nothing exists in your experience. However, with your waking up, the world becomes alive and comes up again because with your waking up, your mind or memory too wakes up. With that your interpretation too becomes functional.   

Thus, world is not on the outside but is in your mind or memory only. If there is no mind, the world too is not there, as is the case, in sleep. The world exists in your interpretation or reaction, and reaction is of the mind and in the mind. If you stop your interpretation, then you will exist here as pure awareness which is your nature. Awareness is oneness. In awareness there is no other. In awareness, there are no forms and objects because awareness is just illumination. Meditation is pure awareness.

DISSOLUTION OF THE MIND – HOW?

Peace is our original nature, because, we exist, in total peace, in our sleep. However, in our waking, we never know about peace. In our waking, we are never peaceful and are rather disturbed, because, mind is active. Mind is a disturbance, to our peace. Thought, is a disturbance to our peace, because, mind is not our original nature. In sleep, because, this mind disappears, for a while and hence, we exist in our original nature i.e. in complete peace.   Our reality is consciousness. So, the whole spirituality and spiritual practices, are about dissolution of this mind, into consciousness, so that you can always exist, in your original nature i.e. in total peace.
