PHYSICALITY IS A DISTURBANCE TO YOUR PEACE AND THAT’S WHY THE SLEEP?
Did you know, that physical is a disturbance, to your peace? That’s why, in your waking, you are always disturbed and you go through many ups and downs. However, the fact, is that, the physical is, actually, not. Physical actually exists, only, in your mind and because of the mind. Because, mind is the seer, the cognisor, the experiencer. This mind, when sees, it only sees the physical, the body only, because, the mind can see or cognise only that which is physical. Mind can’t see or experience, that which is nonphysical.
Mind, thus, is a disturbance. However, the fact, is that, mind, too, is not. Mind is imaginary, which exists in your imagination i.e. in your thoughts and by our thoughts only. A thought, though, has no reality, of its own but since you are used to the thoughts, and hence, the mind or thought has become a reality for you.
As against this, in sleep, you exist in total peace. In sleep, you are completely still, silent and peaceful. Now, this is because, in sleep, the mind, which actually knows n sees the physical, is not. In sleep, this mind, too, goes for sleep, for some time and hence, the world, too, stops for you, for a while. Because, the seer or the cognisor is not present and hence, you don’t come to experience the physical, the world, in your sleep. Because, the physical or the outside, which is a disturbance to your peace, in your waking, is not in your sleep and hence, you exist in total peace, in your sleep.
Now, the point, to understand, is that in sleep, though you don’t experience the physical but this doesn’t mean, that the world actually disappears or ceases to be. Not at all. It only means, that your mind, which actually, is the cause of the world or the physical disappears, for you, for a while, in your sleep, though, this world, the physical, continues to exist and happen in the same way, as is happening now, in this moment, when your eyes are open.
That’s the reason, that post-sleep, you wake up fully rested and you feel energetic, too, and you are thus ready for another day. This is because, in sleep, you could just exist by yourself, by your nature. Because, in nature, only the nature is. In peace, only the peace is. Disturbance is of the outside, of the mind. Mind is not your nature. Mind is external to your nature and hence, a disturbance, a distraction to your peace.
The sleep, thus, removes, all the physical, for you, in one stroke, so that, you can exist in total peace. Sleep, thus, is a sort of nature’s arrangement, to remove, all that, which is external to your nature and hence, a disturbance to your peace. Peace, is your original nature. So, the nature actually makes your mind to disappear, in your sleep, for a while, so that you can exist in your original nature i.e. in peace, which, though, is there with you, all the time but you could never experience the same, for the mind.
However, the point, is that with your waking up, this mind, too, wakes up. This seer, the cognisor, this experiencer, too, wakes up from sleep and the same old drama, the old story begins to play out again for you. This is how, we live our whole life in disturbance and we, thus, never come to know the peace, our original nature, because, sleep is unconsciousness.
So, the permanent solution lies, in complete dissolution of this mind, in your waking, by your own efforts, as against nature’s arrangement of sleep, whereby, mind is not dissolved but just moves away from the scene, temporarily. Dissolution of mind, is total destruction of this deception and hence, complete obliteration of the physical, as well, so that, you can always, exist, in your original nature i.e. in peace, in your waking, too, as you exist in your sleep.
